The EU\u2019s Wartime Assistance to Ukraine\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their research examines whether recent claims by high-ranking EU officials about the \u201cbirth of the geopolitical EU\u201d are substantiated by the actual wartime assistance provided to Ukraine.
